We are extremely excited to provide our community members a place to find information and to commune with one another.
Established in 1998, our community stands strong amongst our surrounding neighbors. With our scenic views and landscaping, not only do the ducks enjoy strolls, but so do we.
Our volunteer board members are elected by the community annually, in December. The board members serve staggering terms for a period of two years each.
Many facets of our community is operated by volunteers. For instance, we have the following committees:
- Architectural Control Committee
- Deed Restriction Inspection Committee
- The Landscape and Ground Committee
- The Lake Committee
New members are always welcome to join our committees.
The community’s book keeping and financial aspects are managed by Marshall Management Group Inc.
